I am very pleased to announce that if service Centre staff order you a Headrail for DORS instead of Slats they do not get fined.
If they the Correct it and You ask for the replacement slats and order the same ones same size when you asked for shorter ones they do not get fined.
Further good news if after four calls to get a right and you only got involved because the origional Advisor is no longer with us.
Good news You will get paid £29 any more you got to argue with FSM
Further Good News any time you want action on this blind they have got to go to Credit Control to as permision while you wait listening to pipe music for ten minutes
