Spending most of my time on other boards.
First can I say again Thank You for creating the Forum.
Why so many Moderators.
Notice moans about not enough positive posts.
When a Forum is short of topics, positive posts one of the ways of making interesting is for the Moderators to come up with Stimulating positive posts with little chance of Negitivity.
Not the Moderators job to moan, Moderators job to Lead.
Finally does anyone know of a Forum for The Blind Trade in General.

Thank you sooooooooo much for telling me how to do my job on here. So I just have to lead, be positive,not moan, and be stimulating. Mmmmm....... I think I WILL apply for the FSM job after all.
