Greetings all, my first time to actually use this forum...it took as bit of time to understand the big picture as it were. Got there now, I think. My question is, can anyone explain how to synchronise Sam with my PC so that when it is in its cradle I can use the big screen and key board? Can we then download the SAM diary into Outlooks diary for our convenience? What about copying OUR customer data files? __________________________________________ Added by JOY, HI Richard... After a week-end struggling with ours...we want the answer to this too.

To "drive" the PDA and SAM through your PC and keyboard - you need to load the ActiveSync disc that you received in your box of accessories Regards Kevin ICT SAM Development

Kevin, Then how about changing the SAM "language" so that we CAN integrate our diaries. It is useless having to run 2 diaries and jiggle backwards and forwards every time somebody calls for an appointment. Sammy
