i agree if you want to stay anon at least if you have a bad day you can have a gripe without worrying that you may offend someone ;)me i have to kick my cats instead (only joking animal lovers) what worries me more are the invisable watchers thats quite weird Same sentiment here Russell reason why I came out is this. I had got to the point where I wasn't bothered wether I was pushed out or not. Why carry on working in a job that was making me nothing short of ill. Unhappy , frustrated, you name it. The meetings from my point of view have been just the tonic needed. I thank Hillarys for the efforts made by Ross, Rose, Rudie, and Jon Risman. and others. The meetings were nothing but full off postives. Only time will tell of course, but the one thing I have experienced in 15 years with Hillarys, is that eventually things do work out. I know it is a different Hillarys now, but its a simple as this. If Hillarys carry on as they are, they will certainly loose me, thats 15 years experience, all self taught, no training for me !! 40 grands worth of business in this town (not all me) but colleague would follow, and I am sure i wouldn't be the only one. I don't want it to come to that, because when the business is running right it beats most other options out there. So yes rightly or wrongly, thats my view, if Hillarys take offence to that, then have the decency to let me know,and we can take it fro there. So lets give it a while longer, grin and bear it and see if anything happens. p.s i have written this after just getting in from 8am this morning, sam crashing on me, needs a rebuild, and yes 2 woods need d.o.ring  |

While I can appreciate the frustrations of the past & having had my fair share,multiple DORs customers blatant lies to get extra discounts & even appointments cancelled which led once to me being involved in a serious car accident that would not have happened had I not been parked outside the said customers house with notice, the past cannot be changed. As one of the 19 at Leeds & having met senoir management members including John Riseman & seen how our views & grievances were actually listened to, not just brushed asideas before, the winds of change are due to rise, maybe not to the hurricane level some want, but definitely enough to get rid of the rancid cobwebs that have been there too long.
Remain annonymouse or let others know who you are, the choice is yours & no one either side of the company will wield a big stick over our personal choice. The important thing & the main point that stood out like a sore thumb at our meetings was that communication is the most important thing in any company & has been sadly lacking or misused in the past at Hillarys on both sides of the fence. However that fence is now being torn down, a new era is due to start at Hillarys & I for one am keen to be part of it.

If nobody minds I'll just sit on the sideline and stop griping and watch and wait.
Some of the attendees seem to be almost intoxicated with relief that all is now on the mend. That's scary!

It should never have got to the state where we are being shafted left right and centre.
The ball is firmly on Hillarys side of the net. If they play fair and hit it back staright, then I will be happy to play, but and here I get like "Farmer", if they do not follow through, then the demise of the Company and the loss of so many of us long term old warriors will sink Hillarys so sharply that it will be difficult for them to get back in the game.
Play fair with me and I will play fair with them.
As with Bears posting earlier, if they settle up the money they have ripped me off, and come clean on the other weasely scams, such as charging us for order forms and hitting us with the costs of clearing debit&credit cards on our SAMs at our expense then
I can understand.
If they do not recognise these appalling acts for the blatant thefts which they are--dressed up as "improvements"- then sod 'em and I hope they sink without trace.

nepertism im from leicester so is motters no not really although i am from leicester one day i woke and was a moderator which motters offered a while back then the week after global now next week i fear universal where will it end the powers gone to my head one press of the button in admin and your all toast 8-)watch out and you wondered what happened to mellisa i zapped her whos next any requests i have someone in mind des knows who |

Now now, Mark. I know exactly who you want to zap, but remember, power without control is dictatorship.
So be subtle, change a few words here and there in their postings, it'll change the meaning and is much more fun.
Anyway, you may have more stars than me, but mine are gold - much more impressive. I think the current exchange rate is 4 purple to 1 gold star.

I appreciate the comments from those who have had to sit on the sideline & hear the views of those of us chosen to attend the forum meetings. Don't forget we have gone through the hype & misdealings of the past as the rest. However these meetings were called as a result of those problems of the past. Yes we are dealing with some of those from before but also with some newer faces from higher up. It is the commitment & assurances from the likes of John that we have drawn our positive attitude from & note that none of us from attending the forums have once shown a sceptical attitude to what went on or the promises made. If just one of us have any doubts that things will continue & nothing will change it would have been plastered all over this site & the rest of us would have been shouted down. We are all in limbo & waiting to see the winds of change as promised & believe me none of us want egg on our faces. Some things are already changing, some will take time but the onus now is on the board & management because they will have to face us again knowing we have a stronger voice than before. Remember success for Hillarys means success for us & more money to be earned for all so all have a lot to gain & nobody wants to be a looser.
