As one of the advisors invited to this meeting & from the North West, plus new to the forum, but with over 14 years experience with Hillarys, any advisor in my area wanting specific issues raising please email me due to short time left on alcli01@aol.com. Please don't just criticise, add a solution to your problems with the company to provide a win win situation so we can prove these forums can be constructive to all parties.
In the past we have endured an us & them mentality so I hope this meeting will put this one to bed for good & show the HO team we can work together & all benefit. Those who know me know I am not a yes man, far from it, but I do believe in a two way street between us.
Just as a final aside any advisors from the meeting in the South, as you have already had your meeting, give us an insight as to what to expect please. Maybe areas that you missed out on in reflexction that we can bring up etc. This is a good opportunity & we should leave no stone unturned.
