If Mellissa has gone, what happened to the new era of honesty and " no spin", spoken of by those who went to the meeting.

I don't know any more about the Mellisa rumours than anyone else but, from conversations at Reading, I can tell you firstly that Ross Kenney and the rest of the management team did not know anything concrete either so were not holding out on us. Some sort of announcement was due to be made to staff on Friday afternoon so I would hope that we will also receive some sort of official communication in the near future. Of course, the chances are that we will each get bits of rumour and piece it together ourselves anyway, so the sooner the company respond with something official, the less damage will be caused by rumours.

having met mellissa a few times I would say that she was not interested in advisor's views unless they were the same as hers.her way was right she was good at saying "i will take it on board and then disregard it" so her going to me is no loss. maybe its time that the powers that be recognized this type of attitude is not very productive for anybody. fsm's seem to be modeled on this and its needs changing.

So nothing concrete at the Reading meeting, but an anouncement was due on Friday.!!!!!!!
So they knew that she was probabily going! Jumped or pushed?
and other directors gone or going.!!!!! rats leaving a sinking ship?
Maybe some of the management don't like the direction the company is going in.
Don't forget to put your life jacket on................

Well what happened at Reading.
I do not think I know Ross , I do not think he came round my house and took a dislike to me.
But I was pleased to read he was a Hillarys man.
What I would like to see is opportunties for Advisors to become FSMS.
I would like to see FSMs realising that Advisors are well paid and become Advisors.
