just found what may be a bit of a money saver for us all on the road for Hillary's a 5 to 10 p per litre saving ;D no promises but try checking it out.I found it on martins money tips website its called pipelinecard.org supposed to be free so no outlay.

i posted about this late last year.
it does seem genuine and a great idea if it comes off, the guy organizing it hopes to get it up and running springtime, you only need to register your interest at the moment with your email address, the more people he can show are interested the more leverage he will have. (very similar to those attending the meetings)
