Motters , I was looking for a post by Bez about the recent quality problems, in which he made reference to contract customers being more fussy than advisors about quality. Perhaps he could post again because this sounded to me as if a two-tier system may be in use.(I wanted to raise this as a topic for the meeting) I apologise in advance if I've got the wrong of the stick.

having worked in office and factory refurbishment, I think Sharif is just saying that these customers tend to be more picky, and more likely to reject product, than many domestic buyers. Often a middle or junior manager is upgrading offices for directors or even showrooms, and the last thing they want is to be told they're not up to standard, so they reject for the slightest reason. I've often told domestic customers I'm not happy with something I've just fitted, and they can't see what I'm talking about. So I think the product is made the same, it's the customers that have different standards. That's the one, thanks again , gvm .Still looks a bit like two-tier quality. I'm pretty sure Sharif was joking......
