Suprise suprise , no-one knows, or them who do dont tell you. They probably dont know any way. best thing to do is to order a hand sample, to take in with you when measuring. Took about 4 months of constant asking for me to get one though. Or order one, raise a d.o.r., and then keep that for a sample. How can we do the job without proper tools !!!!

drop when raised will be 30cm minimum so your customer will need to be a limbo dancer to get out the door! ;D your biggest worry will be getting the customer to accept how bad they look.

Also, the cord raise/lower control never seems to be as close to the edge of the blind as it could be.
It will almost hang down the middle of the door opening.
Mind you that could be a selling point, they could use it to swing out the door! Just don't forget to put extra brackets up ;D

Apparently cord raise/lower can be moved easily.......unscrew and move nearer edge ( something which should be done before dispatch).

DOR'd a woodweave because some of the wood was broken and missing. Just recieved the replacement.
Valances is cut at an angle and all the edges on the blind look as if they have been trimmed with a chainsaw. l thought the saws are checked daily for sharpeness and has quality control gone out the window.
2nd DOR equals £20 which will cover my cost, but l would rather they got it right first time. lts holding up my commission on a £1000 order.
