One thing I found valuable to do on an awning call is to over sell it !
What I mean is to price up the top one- sundowner with all the trimmings.
Even the lighting option.
People are either excited about the extra options or scared off by the price.
It's easier to get a sale for a lower priced one if you go in high.
My top sale so far was one for £3400, not inc the lighting as it wasn't available yet.
Nice work if you can get it eh ?
