fsm's attitude should be brought up at the next meeting , just what do they do for us in reality? during my last meeting with mine, what he said was if you didn't have SAM,clothing, car signs and do it Hillary's way then they don't want you . I've got all that lot but do it my way( very well I think).by the way do they have a pecking order between themselves, because he slagged off my previous one something rotten( he was pretty crap)very good at bull sh-t just like my new one it seems he also thinks that this forum is full of moaning tw-ts so how can we work with this type of attitude. I'm on I think my 8th in 11 years and I feel that some advisor's don't need the hassle for what they do for us which is nothing we can't do for ourselves.admittedly some do need guidance surely this can be given by more experienced advisor's. I've got better things to do with my time than listen to a prat for 2 hours drinking my tea .

Bear....you shouldn't stand for that ! FSM's do not have the authority to 'force' extra slots into your diary so you should make an issue of this example.
Keenasmustard....the attitude and behaviour of FSM's was one of the subjects discussed at Reading last week, will probably be discussed at Leeds tomorrow, and is covered in some depth in the 'dossier' that was presented to management as a result of the survey on this forum.
We presented quite a strong case about 'bullying' FSM's, forced diary slots, etc and our comments were noted and will be investigated.
Hopefully we will begin to see some changes as a result.

Hereticus Thanks for the reply to my post. It is a bit much when they mess up the Diary and spoil a curry nite!! Neighbouring Agent has kindly agreed to cover them and has offfered me 2 in return as he fancies going with his brood for a curry sometime soon. Will gladly return the favour. Pity this kind of co-operation doessn't wash with the Colwick Crew. I really dislike my FSM now with a vengeance ( I just detested their guts beforehand!) Probably seeing a bullying tool being removed, and teddy has gone flying out of the pram!!! Cheers Bear

Russell ... I'm sure I'm reading the same newsletter as you .... but for the life of me I can't say that the letter from John Riseman was 'up front' or 'Honest'!!!!!!! 1. Production levels on all ranges achieved exceptional efficiency levels across all departments. NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!! 2. It's not necessary to run aggressive offers as 3 for £99. WHY DO IT THEN? 3. Christmas planning to start early. 35 YEARS IN THE BUSINESS & THEY STILL CAN'T GET IT RIGHT! 4. For now ( !!!! ?? ) the business is responding well to all of the hard work being put in by the whole team. NOT SURE HOW TO TAKE THIS ONE!!! 5. NO MENTION OF THIS SITE AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Sorry everyone but it has been a week since the first meeting & the attitude & tone from Hillarys does not seem to be improving!! ... Just read the comments posted on these threads today!!!

pesto it was far more honest than the xmas mailer did you miss the bit about the 3 for 99 not working in all regions i think its a small step forward have you also missed the point from marketing about wanting"our" input !yes reading was only 1 week away hardly time to change a companys way of operating leeds is going on as we speak dont just take the negative wait for a while and see if nothing happens 400plus advisors will all read about it

I'd like to add my good wishes to those attending Leeds. I hope that the discussions will be as open as those at Reading. BUT, I will only believe that we have achieved something when I start seeing results. Hopefully we can have further meetings in 6 months time to discuss what has been done and what still needs doing.

I'm sorry but the tone of John Risemans mailer out yesterday is insulting! 1. He plainly inhabits a planet far removed from the front, where it all happens 2. Its the standard script carried round by Chief Execs to all the jobs they eventually get sacked from. 3. Th first person to use this tone the Captain of the Titanic " Alls well lads, to your tasks one and all!" and the second was General Haig leading his troops at the Somme from the safety of Whitehall. WHY CONTINUE IGNORING THIS FORUM JOHN RISEMAN? WHAT ARE YOU SCARED OF?? LET THE FIRST ACTION BY THE MANAGEMENT BE PUBLICISING THIS FORUM IN A NEWSLETTER. THATS IF THEY REALLY WANT US ALL SINGING FROM THE SAME HYMN SHEET. Nonails
