Roof blind problems

We have had 2 roof blind orders outstanding for several months because we could not get any response, help or advice from Hillarys..... Having finally, personally, asked another (more experienced) advisor to take a look the problems have been solved, (by a bit of cutting and tweaking,) and invoices paid. There seems to be little, or no back up, from roof blinds. You are just left to muddle through on your own.

Unfortunatly there is now no back up from HQ if you have a problem in the field.

Micheal does a great job at HQ and I always have time for him, but if we have a problem we are on our own.

I remember back to my first job doing a 20mm.

It was worth £3500 with shapes and alsorts, I hadn't been given any training or even anything more than a few 'pointers' over the phone.

They were to get somebody to come down and help me get the first ones started but they didn't show.

I spent the best part of an hour looking for 'dohnuts' !


It did get done ( over two vists ) but I've not really been a fan of them since.
