I went to a customer yesterday to quote for side blinds in a CN. I had been last year to quote for the roof but we couldn't do it because of the shapes involved. The customer showed me the roof blinds he had bought from a rival of ours, really nice one's, that fitted and opened in the opposite direction to ours.( Side to side) I have to say, and told him too, that I was really impressed with them. They looked MUCH betterand NEATER than ours, and could be fitted to any shape panel. He wouldn't tell me what he'd paid, but said it was reasonable, and he'd been very happy with them. Should Hillarys be looking at this system do you think?

Best thing to do is give Micheal a call at HQ, tell him where they were from and if we have any plans to sort out our own system which is far from perfect.

I've just lost a £5.6k order to Thomas Sanderson as they have an anti-fanning system. Anyone seen it? Is it any good? I've lost commission before due to complaints about fanning, so I'm not pushing it. They also have side rails, like our 20mm now.
Apparently, there wasn't much in it price-wise, so they seem to have dropped their prices closer to ours.
