thanks to the hillarys way of getting us advisors in first, i have probably lost £2500.00 of business today owing to the fact that each of the customers involved said ..........ok, we'll let you know, however we have some other companies coming in the next 2 or three days to give us a quote as well................

i hope your 50p bonus per lead is worth my diesel and time..............................................

Is the 50p a lead a fact, if so it answers the question of why service calls are booked out as leads, had another one yesterday, will this be brought up at the meetings?

Had a customer ring CLG for my number, as she'd lost it. Told she is not to ring me direct, an appointment will be made for her. "But I always speak to him direct, I just can't find his number" she protested. "You are not allowed to contact advisors direct. You have to make an appointment through us".
So she made the appointment for next Monday, found my number, phoned me and I'm seeing her tomorrow.
You see, CLG, not only do I look after my customers better than you, but I have local knowledge and I know I'm driving past her front door tomorrow, and I know exactly what blinds she will have.

This will make you laugh. Got diary fax through Sunday evening, notes for a Monday evening appointment CALL IF ANY EARLIER APPT BEFORE 16.
Now let me think, when is the earliest I can view these notes .....?

Well what a difference.
Had a call yesterday from a customer with a problem. He rang customer care who told him there would be a Call out charge .Is this OK says she.
I suppose I have no option says customer you have me by the short n curleys.
Dont talk to me like that says she and cuts him off.
Customer rings back and speaks to another carer.She then says Call out charge is payable but if you ring agent he may be able to sort something and gave my home phone number.
Seems strange that customer can have agents number when there is a problem but not if it is a possible appointment.
Customer wanted cord ,which he had shortend ,for a pleated . AAAHHHHHH
