Heres an idea for improved communication:
Set you email system to request a receipt for any email sent! This will inform you that the person emailed has received & read it & at what time they did so. This will give you some indication that an 'action' or 'response' is forthcoming. It is much better than the standard Hillarys receipt that does not tell you whether it was actually read or not. The person knows you have a receipt & will action your email rather than ignore it. You have proof of receipt if it is ignored.
Activate your email ( e.g. Outlook Express )! Click on 'Tools' Select 'Options' Select 'Receipts' Tick box 'Request a read receipt for all messages' Click on 'Apply'

All they have to do is say no when they are asked to send a recipt. They can still read it but you still never know if they have got it. I dont think many people know that yet though and say yes as they think they have to, to be able to read it. Try sending one to yourself and tick the no box and see what I mean. Red
