could qoutes dept let us know by phone when they convert a quote please.
had a customer called me back in the week to say she woulld go ahead with her order, ok sez i, i will pop round friday and sort the paperwork out. this morning her converted quote arrives by post, so i phone to say there is no need for me to pop round, and will contact them to arrange fitting when blind arrives. husband then rings back absolutley ranting that they have taken their curtains down and telling me where to shove the blind etc and tells me they no longer want the blind. i did eventually calm him down, but basically if that blind is not on my next van, thats it
so please quotes dept......... ring us when you convert, then send the paperwork.
in fairness i suppose if she had said at the time the her quote had been converted, i would have had a different conversation eg ; ok i'll sort a fitting date out
