Just been invited to a small informal meeting one afternoon next week , 4 advisors and FSM.
The agenda is already set,
*SAM *SAM utilisation *Local Competitors ( bring local Papers ! ) *Diary *lead effect *Q1 and Q2 team meetings
I have to delete all EPM and Late PM sales slots that day to attend , and drive 20 miles each way to the venue ( Hotel - Foyer!! )
I see this simply as a way FSM gets to see 4 Advisors and save him/her self 2 days work !
All gain for Hillary's - No gain to me!
If i don't agree to attend it will be re-arranged until i do !
Will some one tell me , Are we supposed to make any money with this company?

Aries, of course you're supposed to make money from this job - but not necessarily for yourself!!!

A simple request really. On my appointments list can I just have the CORRECT address (including house number!) the CORRECT phone number and correct information re school runs etc. I'll even accept wrong names as long as I get the above information!

All I can say on communication is; when are the departments within Hillarys going to talk to one another. Has any other Advisor phoned Service Support, and thought that their problem was now resolved, only to check back 2 weeks later, to find diddly squat has happened? Things like spares, DOR blinds etc.
