Did anyone know basswood is on 10% discount for January?
I found out because a customer gave me a letter with it on yesterday. Spoke with 3 colleagues, 2 weren't aware, 1 saw it advertised in the Sunday glossies yesterday.
Has anyone been notified?

Hi Des Had no idea shutters were in the sale! Nice of head office to inform their advisors!  Are the awnings in the sale too I wonder?!!!  K ;D |

K ;D According to todays customer, it's free W+S control, worth £465. I didn't know that either. I've left a message with Craig asking him to look in to it as he's now responsible for all specialist product. There's nothing I hate more than looking stupid in front of customers. Actually there is - it's attending 3/99 leads and actually selling it. Luckily don't have it at the moment |

Just lost an order to a DIY company. My quote £1200, DIY £580. For all shutters trained advisors look at www.opennshut.co.uk, product looks very familiar. Application is for a box bay - all I can say to the customer after reading this web site is GOOD LUCK AND DON'T RING ME |
