I have read every posting on this site for the last eight days, made notes from many, printed off more than fifty, added in the ones that I have received by personal message or direct email, highlighted with marker pen, cut and pasted, identified common threads, and grouped in such a way as to get maximum possible mileage out of a few broad headings.
As a result I now have notes which I propose we put forward from this forum to the Advisor Feedback Seminars BUT, whilst we know the company will have monitored our postings, I feel we should keep an element of surprise to our final analysis and the manner in which we will present it. I therefore do not propose to post to this site at this time, but still want everybody to have the option to view and comment.
I am immediately sending what I have so far compiled by direct email attachment to the following forum members :
- Motters, as the founder of this forum and a delegate to the Leeds seminar
- Phugly, Russell, and McCartney, who I know are attending the Reading seminar
- Rappers and Lesroman, who I know are attending the Leeds seminar
- Red and Joy, who have both worked hard on significant areas of preparation
If I have missed anyone who fits into one of these categories then I apologise sincerely – a few brain cells have died off this week – but please PM me with your email address and I will immediately correct my omission.
Anybody else who would like to take a look and have the chance to comment please do likewise, but it is a fairly large ‘Word’ document attachment so I need your direct email address rather than sending through the forum.

If you have any further thoughts please keep posting – there is the other seminar in Leeds on 25th January so plenty of time yet.
