I'd love to come, but I aint 'ad an invite. But then that wasn't very likely as we once(or twice)got banned from team meetings for being too passionate about our jobs and heckling the FSM.

Motters. As one of the main frustrations is the bringing in of new agents and lack of communications by fsm are your own fsms going to these meetings or are they going to swap north and south fsms cos if your own fsms are going it is not going to be so open as if they were sitting next to you. Blindmanbill has obvoiusly been banned from meetings if he had been invited and his fsm was there it would make it rather difficult for him to be open and honest.

And..................... still no news  So everythings OK then. Carry on chaps. TTFN. Allright everyone........ Just got back from Otley meeting. I have to say, as being one of the biggest moaners on this site, I have come away full of optimisim for the future. almost all our problems have been heard, and are going to be dealt with. i am sure further postings on here will enlighten us further. After "investing"! all that money on wine and drink, at 2 meetings, they surely can't do nothing now !!!! ;D |

So come on Grumper bear, blindman bill and the rest, its time for you lot to come out, lets know who we are really talkin to. What is there to hide, Hillarys know we are not happy,and they say they are now doing something about it. some from my point of view, yes i moaned like hell, slagged them off like hell, what do you expect, don't see anything different on this site. We are hammering the competition, they are struggling... try getting some around to your house and test them out, and question them................ Yes I bet you think i'm a 2 faced so and so, but when you are as frustrated as we get, we all tend to slag off anyone and everyone, as a means of release. I apologise for any offence I may have caused to anyone,with my moaning. In future any problems I will try and put across in a different manner. As long as we get honest truthfull answers. If there is a problem, lets have an honest reply, instead of bullshitting us So to finish. come on Joy and Mick you as well. |

My fsm, if l had one, would love to get rid of me. And the reason is that l am a thorn in his side. l question what he says, l disaggree with him when he talks boll*cks which is most of the time. So now we don't talk. But l do a good job so he can not get rid of me that way.
lf l came clean and said who l was, he would pull up every post that l have written to see if he could find any reason to get rid of me.
So sorry farmer, "no names no pack drill".
How ever l would add that l do think there is hope for the future, but we shall just have to wait and see.

Farmer... I've always been out! ;D Our names, email addresses, and Agency name have always been on here. Even my phone number when I've been asking for info... Everyone knows who we are...always have. Only thing missing is my birthday!! (Big one in March so a bit sensistive about it...
