RED...... how could you ever get on anyone's nerves? I have just emailed all the advisors who have been invited to the meetings in Reading and Leeds, and invited them to come and see what this forum is all about. Hopefully, some will log on this evening.... and if you are one of them.... Thanks for taking the time, and you're very welcome! ;D ;D ;D ;D

Joy....you're a star (won't ask how you got the email addresses).
I think I've seen three new members log into the forum already this evening so a big welcome to you all.
Please do take the trouble to link into the seminar discussion - click on the HERE prompt near the top of the page - as all contributions are important.
This is especially relevant if you are one of the 23 agents invited to attend these seminars as we are working hard to put over a representative view of our problems and ideas so it would be good if you are aware of what we have been doing, and even better if you come on board with our thinking and approach. There has been a lot of activity so it might take you twenty minutes to read through all the postings on the topic, but hopefully worth every second.
Thanks for taking the time.

Hi Russel, which seminar are you attending? I am attending Reading and have also been trying to work on item 6, but have encountered a wall of apathy having recieved only 2 responses so far. Are you doing any better? There have been so many people logging in (and joining)over the past few days that there must be at least a few of them that have some thoughts on this matter I just wish they'd crawl out of their shells and offer some input

phugly had 2 wow four between us well thats ok because if nobody emails us our views will be put forward not theirs shame though Hi Phugly I have been lucky with mine and had over 50 replies. I think a lot of it is down to a disorganized set up. The main polls that people are conducting are not that visible and even searching does not show a lot up. I have tried and failed to find them all. I think there should be a direct link on the home page that takes members to each individual poll. I have, as if you haven't noticed, been reposting every night but it still gets swamped by other posts. I do think apathy is a lot to blame but also the fear of reprisals plays a big part. They should not be worried about this factor as I am sure Hillary's welcome constructive criticism. Red Red

It looks like not many more e-mails are going to come in for the Sam poll now so I would like to thank everyone for sending the comments in. but please ask others to keep sending. Bellow is a list of items raised and under each heading is the number of times this occurred, in no particular order.
Feel strongly about the costs incurred whilst Hillary’s appear to be reducing there’s. 11
Ability to have bogus leads and service calls removed so they do not reflect in performance 2
Additional input box for discount reasons 1
Better communication over which updates and when to download them. 1
Capability to increase the price on Sam 4
Ability to alter an order via Sam within 24 hours 2
Limited screen size not allowing more visual details or a better more understandable print out with all details on. Customers also have problems reading it for price. 5
Too many breakdowns in communication 3
Ability to batch change from say 3 inch to 5 inch louvers without having to resubmit all other details for example control side, bunching etc Or some sort of auto fill. Or a change items without actually changing to get price comparison. Some kind of Global input. 24
Only a basic printout in quote form to customers to prevent the misuse of our time. 6
Better and accurate information on product customer is interested in with more visibility on first page. Or a direct link to it, flagged if any info left blank if not. Also time limitations set by customer in same notes. 9
Ability to input new customers not on database without having to phone Diary booking. 10
Ability to order spares, samples and DORs at time of fit or anytime via Sam 8
Ability to recall customers past orders for arising problems e.g. DORs, 2
Ability to remove slots via Sam without having to phone diary maintenance and explaining why 5
Ability to see customers address details as soon as it is on Sam to help with forward diary planning 17
I will of course update this list as more come in as I have just done for Mendipmagpie.

I agree with Red's posting no.86 today. If people knew exactly what they needed to comment on and to whom I think there would be a much better response. Having said that I am certain that most if not all of our grievances have already been aired particularly in the early postings on this subject so people may not have much new to add.
So it will be a case of the selected agents picking up on existing postings - if they wish!!!- because as we know they were selected by Hillarys so are not strictly representatives of this forum
