It's not just management, it's service support, customer services, despatch, manufacturing and all those "unavailables" who sit in their "ivory towers," and who are so infuriated when you eventually get to speak to them (supposed "managers" or "supervisors") they actually ask you "HOW DID YOU GET MY NAME ?" Either they're here to support us and the company, or they're not ! AND I SUSPECT NOT !  |

I had a " How did you get my name" response this morning!!!!!
I replied that Arthur Hammond passed it to me.
"Who is Arthur Hammond "he asked me?
"Bloke who passed me to you" says I
"Theres no Arthur Hammond who works here ""
"He knows who you are , sez I"
" Oh Bu**er " says he
..and hangs up!!!
Well I just thought of the name when he asked me the stupid question... Why would you want to know who had passed your name to a customer?
Only some unhelpful p**t who doesn't support the salesforce, thats who??
