Copy of email sent to Advisor Feedback (head office)
Please can you clarify the situation with the
Battery replacement. My unit needs the mains adaptor
with me all the time as it will not accept a charge.
ICT say contact Brother UK and Brother say the battery is obsolete and they are looking into it.

My SAM has not been able to connect with HO today and I now see that their Web site is unavailable I WONDER IF THEY ARE ALL RUNNING ROUND LIKE A CHICKEN WITH ITS HEAD CUT OFF!!!!!!!!!!

You may be apprehended after the call for a Roadside car check and a look in kit bag. This IS Happening! take Note ! |

Can't really see an FSM staking out a punters house for potentially 3 hrs waiting for an advisor to show up.
Chances are the advisor would spot him anyway.
Must have been a one off, surely?

lf some chap stopped we outside a punters house and said he was my fsm, l'd tell him to f*ck off and make an appointment.
Someone has modified the above post and added the word "punters", and it was not me.

Any one know where I can get a printer charger.
Brother want £50. Hillarys want £25.
Its only a charger. Not prepared to pay these prices when multi chargers are only £10.
Trouble is multi chargers dont do 10 volts, which is needed for the Brother printer.
