The one I heard of is Voipstunt,careful how you say that, but not sure of the cost of calls to land lines. Does any body use this yet.

You can set up a VON server called Team Speak. This is basically a 24hr comms centre. With a mic and speakers you can all talk to each other whenever you are online all for a very small yearly fee to host your server. I hear Skype is ok too but possibly not the same as this option.
