Some members are having trouble " getting in" the chat room on this site...... Can you help Bez? What might be the problems?  |

A few things it could be...........
1. Do they know where to find it?
2. Are they logging in to it using the 'username' not their 'display' name, both are completely different and the display name will not let them sign in
3. It is Java based there is an option to disable Java plugins in your internet settings, this needs to be ticked or unticked
4. If you have popup software installed some programmes may bar access
The remedy is this, the users having problems signing in could you please post in here and I will try to sort the problem for you. It may be that I need to send you VNC so I can ghost your machine remotely and adjust your settings accordingly. Lets start the posts first and see how many we can solve the straight forward way.
