It's end of March, end of my first full year as a Ltd company. It'll be interesting to see what profits the accountant lets me have, but total order value is up 12% on the previous year, and AOV up 28%. Had a lot of frustrations with DORs/late deliveries/poor leads, but despite all those, not a bad year - apart from the last 3 weeks Plenty of leads and referrals, but conversion rates at an all time low. Quite a few customers from the Ideal Home show, who don't really want to buy anything, and can't afford shutters anyway. Plus many who made it clear that windows have to be replaced first and not looking to purchase for 3-4 months. You get the impression these people had an appointment forced on them. How have others done?

How have others done? Very interesting about the "Ltd Company" if you don`t mind me asking, what are the potential benifits of this. Libra
