Am allegedly full-time too. But I am finding that sustaining it is now very difficult. Would prefer to be busy & successful & continue doing what I do as it is potentially a brilliant job. Problem is, Hillarys are changing for the worse & not for the better. This makes me think that my days with Hillarys are drawing ever closer to an end. Many of the changes & so called innovative approaches are in fact 'old hat' as I have seen these exact ideas with both far bigger & smaller companies that I have worked with who are now defunct. Many of the changes we are seeing simply don't work & offers don't 'wash' with us or the customers. As for Taekwon I would say don't give up a secure job unless you are committed to put the time in & take the rough times on the chin. There are however many good things about being self-employed & I for one would find it hard to go on the 'payroll' again. Good luck in your final choice!!!!

Must say that I have'nt read every reply to your query,so apologies if I'm repeating anything already said. I'd say that it definitely depends on your area, but you must have a fair idea of what the area could produce. Personally,it was the best thing I ever did,yes I have problems like everyone else, but, previous to working for Hillarys I always had fairly decent jobs that also came with niggling problems the difference now is that I get paid decent money to put up with it.I appreciate that this may not be the case for everyone, but,I'm constantly suprised why people that constantly moan about the job/company are still with them,if I felt the same way I'd be off. There are negative things about the job/company,but,there are many positive things as well. It's very easy to let negative things get the upper hand.

Full time versus part time. When i was interviewed by my FSM he told me in my area there was nobody else and that there were between 30-40 leads a week that were'nt being covered. I then went down to nottingham for my induction training came back all excited, motivated and ready to go,initially I was lucky to get 8 leads in a week with a 70% Conversion rate, and an average order value of £300 I Considered myself fortunate to be attaining £1500 sales per week which means about £220 per week before tax and car costs etc, One day the SUN was shining and my FSM returned my Telephone call, at that time I expressed my concerns about number of leads etc after what i was told at my interview, his response was it's just a bit quite at the moment and it will shortly pick up so much so that you wont have any spare time. We are now 5 months on and just before xmas i was really busy (12 leads a week). Now consider I cover an area of 50 square miles and i'm available every day of the week for 60 Hours or more, which means commonly i am given 1 lead for every four hours available, when I am fortunate to have a lead it usually entails driving around trip of 40 miles for one lead.(if its a 3 for £99 my head goes where the sun does'nt shine) I tried changing my availability to ensure better diary management and this has'nt worked either. I have now decided to go part time as I cant afford to be full time anymore, I have found Hillarys a great Company to work for, but needs must and my house and family are more important to me than any job or empty promises. I am a good sales guy and have been at the Sharp end of Sales for over 20 years with various companies, I am now going to work for British Gas Selling Central heating they give all their Sales force a fully expensed car, 20k basic a commision structure to die for, computer ( thats free) they even put a landline in your house as well as give you a mobile phone, all bills picked up by the company. You dont even pay for Stamps for the contracts to send down to the office. You have to do five weeks training but guess what they even pay you compensation for loss of commission along with your basic whilst training. As already stated i am going to still do a couple of days with Hillary's a week but i would think long and hard before going full time although every area is i'm sure different.
