Order the replacements as Defective on receipt, If the FSM or Ross Useless K can't / won't handle it ,then email Riseman and copy in the 3 of them as well as accounts dept, and be sure Despatch challenge the driver.

There comes a point where you draw a line in the sand and that should be it.
If a crappy company employs cowboy drivers who lie on their delivery manifests, you expect them to lie to you and get you to cough up as that is the Hillary ethic and ethos.

Thanks Bear! and everyone else whao has given backing publicly and on pm's on the matter of soaked rollers piled up in my back yard last week by s***head driver replacement ...
Just had a call from Service Centre asking why all of the DORs are requested( asked by the Factory floor) gave her the story again
and I got sympathy, but " I find it hard to believe that this could have happened"
What about DOR charge to me then I asked??
Take it up with your FSM was the reply?

Yes says it If we get more than a standard number of DORs from any Adviser now we have to put their account on a special state and watch closely for adverse occurrences which might indicate a problem??
The problem is you have a "Shi*head driver replacement " I add

I told the FSM that I have given the customers name its fone no and I gave the FSM the customers phone no and it can apologise and sort out replacements on Hillarys behalf.
I never got the blinds suitable to fit
The were damaged
The agreed delivery date is now missed
It is reasonable that a memeber of management rings upt o explain and reset it
Bet there is a huge discount agreed and I will get deductyed.
IF THAT HAPPENS THEN I AM GONE AND THE FSM CAN FIT THE FERKIN REPLACEMENTS ITSELF
