Is there a bonus structure in place fo advisors?

I asked my FSM about better rate of commission for more sales and was told that the more I sell, the more I get paid, but only at the 14.68% rate.

Is that correct or should I be aiming for a bonus somewhere along the line?

It would make good sense to have one, as it rewards better performance and both Hillarys and us lot would benefit financially. It could even motivate us to sell 3 for £99 stuff! (well maybe thats pushing it a bit!)

Apologies for being wordy on my first day on the forum, BUT I used to get a bonus for production.

That got hit on the head some time back when a payment was expected and it never got paid.

Bit like post Christmas commission really---hope not??
