Wow!
Spent saturday and sunday catching up on fittings. Got my commission statement emailed to me today (wednesday) and nearly all the jobs were paid on. Fantastic result commissions department.
Almost feels like Christmas.
Nice to be able to give a pat on the back instead of the usual moans we get on this site. Well done once again guys.

I have had several orders underpaid on commission in the last few months and one coservatory fitted in June still no commission on that one.
Who is the best person to talk to.
I have rung Dawn on commission over and over and always get the answer phone.
Any suggestions?

Best thing to do is fax Dawn on 0115 961 4176 & leave it with Her. She usually rings you back with the answers.
If your conservatory is 0% finance then you need to speak to Denise Savage in Treasury Dept.
Be warned though. They lose finance doc's like nobody's business.
Email her & keep emailing every day 'til she gets 'p****d'.

Last week I sent in a load of invoices with cheque payments.
What I do not understand is why I have been paid for some of them but not others.

Best thing to do is email Dawn at commissions. I did this yesterday with 8 queries and had a reply by lunchtime. Put all the details in the email it makes it easier for her.

Well done commissions I have been paid what Hilarys stuck to for 6 weeks
I put this result down to HO folk reading this site as attempts by "only me" got absolutely sod all result!!
Anyway well done in Commissions All I need is the 2 jobs paid from Sept and October and we are off on a flyer to 2006.
Will all Hillarys Depts make a similar effort??
