We now have nearly 300 members. Is there anyone who can find out about our rights regarding commission?
I can't accept that Hillarys are legally allowed to take back, or reduce, our commission when a customer has been given a refund or discount due to Hillarys mistakes.
I know this has been raised many times... but without results. We had a vague answer from Mellisa, that she doesn't really know the legal side of it.
If she doesn't know, then WE need to find out ourselves.

I am answering my own question I think... "The Sale & Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002 " states that if commission is paid on sales achieved, then Hillarys cannot reclaim any commission if a discount is given "due to a problem of their making". Seems clear enough..... Where do we go from here. I have asked my FSM, and am waiting for a response.

Hi JoynMik i'm waiting for a response from a couple of law bodies on the commission clawback issue. As soon as i find out where we stand legally i will post on here for all to see. I have asked questions too.... and been told it is illegal to claw back the money when the fault was not of our making. Hillarys are probably trying to find a loophole... lets hope they don't or we will maybe have to think again about what we can do...
