Sorry, I have space in my diary for every day except Friday this week and these are mainly fits. I have 5 sales appointment for the rest of the week. No sales appointments in for next week yet and Monday is totally free of any work. If Hillarys thinks I am going to sit on my bum doing nothing they are mistaken. I need to do the fits so I can eat. Next, they will be complaining of a "cash flow" problem, and asking us to take 100% deposits. What prats are in charge.
I think Hillary's managers are having a "Senior" moment.

Just received another memo from "The Hillarys Team". It says "that customers weren't put off by the extended wait time for their fit date, what really matters to the customer is being given a fit date that's met." sorry, most of my competitors fit within a few days, not weeks, and invariable cheaper, so we could loose any sales.
Are they going to stop manufacturing? They could lay the staff off for a week or two. Or maybe they are not going to deliver them. That would save the drivers getting paid, but they would have to store the blinds in rented warehouse space. Or they could deliver them and leave us agents with the storage problem. Well I have limited space at the moment, so no thanks Hillarys. I will fit after delivery, I don't want to be charged £20 DOR fees, for damage caused in storage. Has anyone thought this through?

Time management is something Sillary's have never understood. Why would l want to give them extra availability and then sit around with no leads or at best one or two. l can manage my time far better thank you.
Sounds like the managers have had another group masturbation meeting. (opps, sorry, did l call them a bunch of w*nkers)

Spot on Blindscout. Getting a customers order is not down to price alone but also time to fit is a big factor. My FSM has contradicted himself this week firstly saying that after a mad few weeks, leads are slowing down in the area and then asking to keep a whole week just for sales. If a manager told his factory staff wont pay you next week i need to make the figures look good, he would have a revolt on his hands. With ideas like this cant wait for December. I can see it now "SELL WITH CONFIDENCE" sell blinds up till New Years Eve and we will guarantee them for xmas. Last year i ended up going to Nottingham and fetching 19 missing blinds at 7AM so i could start fitting them at 9AM. But thats another story.
