Question GVM!
If it was an old lady ... how come it was an evening lead?
Surely she'd been in all day!!!
Was this another CLG 'c0ck up' where they hadn't bothered to ask the right questions?

Question GVM! If it was an old lady ... how come it was an evening lead? Surely she'd been in all day!!! Was this another CLG 'c0ck up' where they hadn't bothered to ask the right questions? NO, it's how I organise my day. 3 days/week I cover an area 20-30 miles away, so EPM I have local and distant post code availability, LPM only distant PCs, then local and distant again in the evening. This means I can do local calls on my way out and on my way home, but spend the middle stint away from home area. My diary is a bit complicated, DM hate it, but it works very well. For the 3 days I stay local, 1 postcode is restricted to LPM & EVE as it's an island with only 1 road bridge. With summer tourists or an accident, it can easily take 30 mins each way, so I don't want to be going there, say EPM then again EVE
