It now seems that we are to be fined for hillarys thingy-ups. Just recieved a commission statement showing a mismeasure fine for an order that was DORed. I am being fined before the order is completed, before payment has been recieved and for something that is hillarys fault. and guess what, its on wooden venetians

l have been deducted £23 something. No name, no order number, just a doc number that means nothing to me.
So l guess l have to phone up, wait 10 mins or leave a message for no one to get back to me.
Ah! lt must be because l'm a grumppy old bear.

akido make sure you do because the guidelines say if h\o cant read the fax they have too contact you it looks like theyve guessed and instead of them taking the blame have passed the buck i believe they get fined too  |

Got my comm statement today, also 2 minus's of £23.40 each, No invoice numbers just doc no,
and guess what, department closed until Jan 4th !!!!!!!
Who's the suckers here???

rang advisor support its a mystery to them.
rang accounts off til jan 4
i think they hope we will forget about it by the time they get back

I suggest that all of us who have been fined for Hillarys mistakes or for reasons that you dont know about e-mail Dawn to give her plenty of reading material when she returns after xmas. her address is

I also received a fine, know what it's for but was months ago thought they had missed it. Seems they decided to have big push on fines for Christmas.
Suggestion to email Dawn is a good one BUT please be nice. It's not her fault and I've got to say she is one of the best for doing what she says she'll do and does sort out the problems.

Has this got anything to do with the fact that in trying to keep f.s.m. happy i have been doing 16 calls in a 12 hour day for weeks.....never again. |
