perhaps motters could email everyone reminding them to use the forum but too be honest think as usual in life only a few speak out and the rest just nod anyway merry xmas too you all my fsms card and prezzie must have got lost in the post !

Totally agree Russel. The only way that h/o is going to take notice is if everyone has their say.

(Been an agent/advisor for 12 years and this is the first year I have not received a card from Fsm or Hillarys)

Didn't get my card either, and I have been with H for a good many years. More of the cut backs I suppose. Last time I heard from the FSM it was to talk about the forced diary issue that I had written to Mellissa (as requested). Outcome, was "speak to me if you wern't happy". He did phone last week, my molbile was in the car, called him back, and left a message, still waiting for his reply.

Anyway, have a Happy Christmas everyone, (nice card phugly, do you pay the sub?) going to check the store, to see how many programmed fits between now and my next delivery on the 10th, are having to be re-scheduled, as they haven't arrived.

With regards to the silent majority can I suggest that the problem may be that:
1. Some feel it is not as 'anonymous' as you might think so won't speak up.
2. Many should re-join under an 'anonymous user name' to have the confidence to speak out.
This should seriously be considered as I am not convinced that Hillarys wouldn't be vindictive .
The more that put their point across can only be more productive.

Me finished too, today also booked as a holiday and was, well till I decided to look at the forum
