i'm still fairly new to hillarys, and its about time i ordered some blinds for myself. the list price for the blinds i could do with is about £1900!!
trouble is the advisor discount of 35% that i have been told we get seems incredibly mean. that's equivalent to a modest discount and a commision payment. so i don't feel like i'm getting a preferential rate at all?!?
any advice out there on getting the best deal for myself?

You were up against yourself you see. Do it Now! Tell 'em advisor on line said it was OK if they ask . But of course they will not ask!

Why you do want any discount you Muppett is 3 for £99 with your %15 discount not cheap enough for you, 50% of most fabrics plus your %15 is %65 discount plus you get commision doh!!!!!!!!
Well things are looking up for me and the missus we booked France for £10 leaving overnight from good old Pompey and found a campsite for 5 Euro a night...gona take the estate and try to get to our Spiritual home in Spain stopping of at Benidorm and Magaluf!!! Its our dream to buy somewhere there one day but we just bought our council house so got to wait for at least 5 years for house prices to triple!!!...going to stock up on the duty frees and might treat the wife to some chardonay.
We guessed we need a break from the constant presures Hillarys are exerting on us with employing more agents than they know what to do with.
We been buttering our driver up lately and he's been singing like a canary, got the missus to get in the van the other day and see who's getting what, i sidetracked him with a cuppa and the cheeky cow stashed a couple of boxes to p1ss the other advisors off, god I love her sometimes..been married 40 years and she is still as sharp as a knife!!!!
Have a nice weekend everyone, were of down the local for the meat draw!!!!! Keep your peckers up

All these new advisors suddenly springing up and posting, some of them do not seem to have a brain cell between them, yes like you alicantejim. God help us if this is the sort of advisors that we now have working for Hillarys.

ive almost had enough ,have been around along time kept my head down worked many hours but made a enemy of a old fsm a few years back.well its come back to bite me as they are involved in the new special products so ive been overlooked there.i get on ok with the guys localy on it but i look at one in particular who is quite new whos making alot of money and i cant quite stomach it .i feel all of my experiance has been overlooked now i find new advisors are on the way to replace the gap these guys have left and i just know they will get the lions share of leads and i will find it even harder to sustain my living.im shutter and roof trained also know about awnings so i have the tools for the job although wont sell any more shutters i hate them have had quite a few problems with them so i suppose i will have to grin and bear it but i do miss the old days of first in gets looked afternot if your face fits and you brownnose your fsm. I dont think you have been overlooked just probaly not good enough, as I understand only the best are picked

What makes Grumpybear so superior to everyone else I am a stereotypical hillarys advisor like most of us,l I've had a few failed businesses, tried delivery driving and was even a milkman once but on the last stop to the knackers yard I found Hillarys!!!!!! My average order values are £98.76 and get about 43 leads a week, thats nearly 600 sheets a week were can a fat old knacker like me earn that type of dough!!!!!!!!
We always top that up cos the missus boshes out a couple of sets of curtains a week, i put curtain poles up for customers and always get a couple of quid in tip's from the coffin dodgers.
I'm happy enough really, but me and a couple of other advisors agreed last year that we got to moan about eberything, cos if we don't then Hillys will think were all happy as larry and move the goalposts.

And if, its not just me, where did this fabric come from ?. Perhaps its an old sample that has been discontinued that I don't remember. Love the quote in the ad 'hardly used' Enjoy Richard www.SAMadvisor.co.ukP.S. do you think the price of £120.85 was discounted, post fit due to the fact that the blind is not located centrally over the window recess ? Perhaps it was fitted by one of the recent new sign ups to this site . . . .
