What did you get out of super sales week(s)
Did anyone get any extra appointments?
Me, l got loads.....................................loads of spare time. My extra appointments resulted in a reduction from the normal level of appointments which used to run at 50%, my level dropped to 20%.

What did you get out of super sales week(s) Did anyone get any extra appointments? Me, l got loads.....................................loads of spare time. My extra appointments resulted in a reduction from the normal level of appointments which used to run at 50%, my level dropped to 20%. Not too bad actually. First week in Sept on holiday, 2nd week mainly fitting, remainder of month mainly selling, giving me £28,556 for the month with an AOV of £510, all incl. VAT. Not boasting or trying to out-do others, but at least tried the super-sales week, and it worked for me. I'm very critical of Hillarys management, (esp. when simple things like prices lists and new products can't be co-ordinated), but I'll try things before disregarding them, and it worked for me - £28k's not bad for 3 weeks ;D I also did a deal with my FSM, I gave him extra availability, properly managed, in return for not stuffing me with 3 slot appointments. Maybe that make me teachers pet, or sniveling little creep, but remember it's not the FSM who wants these 3 slot leads. All it gives them is grief from the advisors below who hate it, and pressure from above to create extra availability due to an inability to match advertising to capacity.
