Correct me if I'm wrong Mike, but weren't we promised an end to split invoices at the Reading meeting? I've never had so many as in the last two weeks, and for no apparent reason. have just fitted one, all blinds verts, same fabric, all bundled together but two invoices. WHY? It's very confusing for some elderly customers to understand especially when one invoice has a negative balance

Perhaps one of us, or all of us, should email Ross Kenney to remind him of this apparently broken promise. Even if they do split invoices occasionally they should at least set the deposit against the larger invoice value to avoid negative balances. And what do you mean about confusing 'elderly customers' - it confuses me (and none of the age jokes please).

Had one couple of days ago - one invoice with all the blinds on and the other with just additional brackets at no charge. Guess which had the deposit against it !!

I am convinced that hillarys do split invoices deliberately, have you noticed that you never get paid commission on them both only the smaller one and then you have to ring and complain to get payment for the other

Yep everytime and they promised to stop negative invoices that are confusing to say the least. Recently i have had a few where they havent put any deposit down. Not customer friendly.
