Hi Some of you might already know this, but just in case you don’t, I have spoken to Inland Revenue, regarding miss measure fines, The query I gave them was, when the fine amount is higher than the commission, can that be claimed on, the answer I got was, If Hillary’s take more back than they pay for a particular job Then yes you can claim, because it become out of pocket cost to you business, but to claim it, a record must be kept of each jobs Where this happens, this would mean Hillary’s billing it in such away I.e.; commission £20 Fine £40 Debit £20 (loss) Actually supplying us with a bill for the amount owing on each occasion this happens, because although they show it as a minus on the commission statement, ( mostly before you get paid for the job)it doesn’t show it as a cost which can be tied up very easy with the actual job, basically we are paying them for something but what.
On the subject of retaining you anonymity on this forum, those of you witch have come out, say you had no reprisals, well that could because there is only a few of you, and it would to not In Hillary’s interest to target a minority, but who’s to say if they had 500+ to choose from, what stance they would take knowing Who said what on this forum? And of course how many of them log in anonymously. As for them accepting this forum, I don’t Think they ever will, whether they know who is posting or not, They can easy work out it’s advisor, one of the work force, simply by what if written in the posts, so sorry for the moment I think this side of the fence is safer.

What a busy weekend so many of you have had posting on this matter . I have to say I went away for the weekend to Northumberland and the furore I apparently caused went over my head--until now....
Hereticus--Yes , I have in the past been a salaried hit-man for Her Majesty, probably for too many moons. However, coming from a pretty squalid background, (including Borstal as a 16-yr old!) No. 3 Para. did make a man of me and taught me right from wrong. As a trained soldier we are always the" tools of failed diplomacy". Thats why my cousin is a sniper in Helmand Privince in Afghanistan right now--he is a tool of diplomats failures..........
And by the way, Hereticus you state that I snipe from cover rather than "coming out"--- Correct.
The best Army in the world by a country mile, The British, gave up marching shoulder to shoulder into gun barrells when we stopped being Redcoats--we are renowned for our sniping, not just because it works, its allows one (expendable grunt!) to slow an enemy of hundreds, maybe thousands for hours maybe days on end. Just so you know, the number of Argies sniped in the head by infra-red sights when taking a dump at night in the Falklands was over 30!!,........rough if you were an Argie with diarrhoea!!!
Thats where I come from....Sorry a leopard cant change his spots
DIPLOMACY HAS FAILED-- you would agree on the matter of us being refunded Stolen Commission--Unwarranted Clawbacks, call it whatever you like??
In my book it is a false premise for Hillarys to ignore the issue and refuse to make a Statement of Intent on the Matter, to finally put it to sleep. They seem to fear those like me who KNOW that reprisals have been taken individually against those who persisted their case to get redress. WHY?? All I want is money illegally taken from me with the intention of permanently depriving me of it, to be returned.
I am not asking for the world.
My email to Ross Kenny has not been replied to . If I come out and give my name openly to him and resend the same email, I will get the bullet, because that what my FSM said TWICE, in a threatening manner.
Actually come to think of it, the THREATENING was first done by Hillarys to me for chasing the matter, not me starting it by getting "gobby" on this site!!!!
I am down about £450.00/£500 over the past 18 months.
A full itemised list was sent via the FSM ( as requested) TWICE.
NOTHING.
Where do we go from here???
If I come out I get fired, and I cant do that....
Hillarys use blind indifference and a shrug to dismiss the matter when faced-up, and then a THREAT of the SACK from an FSM in 24 hours,, if I bring it up again.
Hereticus, and the rest of you diplomacy types, I say again
DIPLOMACY HAS FAILED......
In the light of my limited education, but high moral and ethical character and knowing right from wrong, please tell me where and what someone you now know a lot better, should go for "Justice" in this matter.
ONE PLACE I WILL NOT GO IS "AWAY"

Blindsfitter...I really do wish that I had a solution to this.
I understand everything you are saying, I empathise with the position you and others are in, and I wish that Hillarys would face up to the issue and resolve or clarify it once and for all.
I just don't think that hurling personal abuse at a particular member of management is going to help in any way, and actually just undermines the credibility of this forum. The tone of your latest posting suggests that you have taken this point on board, for which I thank you, and I hope that you will remain a regular contributor to the forum as we continue to try and work with the company towards a better future for all.
I know that the matter of clawbacks is still out there, and that the unresolved status is far from satisfactory, but don't know how you can push it further at this time. Perhaps, to use another military analogy, it might be best to wait in ambush - some day an opening is bound to arise where we can raise it again, or use it as a bargaining counter.

A sincere "Thank You" to all of you who "pm"-ed me over the weekend and today ,suggesting "Things"..
Brilliant, the lot of you, There is a Brotherhood/Sisterhood among the great unwashed majority of us, and that in itself shows the collective will to counteract the actions of those in Nottingham, unfortunate enough to be a descendent of the Sheriff of that same City.
I wonder if -among those who suggested "Things"-- if you realize just how many suggested the same " Connection".... I will find out in time
Thanks, everyone, Blindsfitter

In which case there is a requirement for Hillarys to Invoice us with the specific details per fine/job to satisfy the Inland Revenue. Just a thought.................... Kakalanka
