Out of stocks

I remember the days, not too long ago, when there was only an odd fabric/slat out of stock at any one time. Looking at our current list,which seems to get longer by the week, begs the question why. Possible answers .............

[/li][li]Poor stock control - suppliers
[/li][li]Reduced stock at Hillarys - cost cutting
[/li][li]On 'stop' with suppliers due to non payment of outstanding invoices.

I know which one I think it is ;D
