Following the meetings with Hillarys, we have achieved, free paper and a near 200% increase in the fine value. A £20 charge for sending another advisor out on a query of your customer. Please do not undertake anymore 'discussions'. I used to live, work and Hillarys and was proud of the product. No wonder so many long serving, experienced advisors are doing a Tony Boyd.

That's a good point - what happened to phase 2, improved commission structure? We have had our costs and risks increased, so where's the reward? Died a Hillarys death no doubt, whilst managers sit and snigger at how clever they are getting 1 over on the bolshie old fart advisors

Hello everyone........not sure where to post this!
Tony Boyd was our FSM and then Stuart Maris (i think) covered our area until we get a new FSM. Just found out today that Stuart left on Friday............nice to be informed!! Now I know why he wasn't particularly helpful on the odd occassion we called him! Phoned to speak to Ross Kenney to find out what's going on and have been told that he's left too!!
Is everyone going to do a "Tony Boyd"? Who do we talk to now regarding any issues.............
A very bemused advisor!!

I read "... and told he's left too..." as referring to Stuart Maris

Stuart Maris was my FSM for a few years. I and many others described him as "The company man" his favourite quote "Nice day for selling blinds".Never very helpful unless it helped him/Hillarys. If he has left things must be bad!

For all those about to celebrate, I suggest you await confirmation
