Hi Blind scout, i like you fit and sell on the same day and find that wearing a shirt and black trousers is fine as when the person opens the door the first thing they look at is my chest...... and say "THE BLIND MANS HEAR " LOL ....but at least they know who i am. Yesterday attened a call rang bell lady came to the door and fiddled with key to try and open door , for 15 MINUTES i stood outside like a right plum!!! people walked past and gave me some right looks ... asked the old lady if she was ok.. no reply.. off she went .. so i rang her up .. i can her phone ringing in the front room NO answer arghhhhhhhh.... so after TWENTY MINUTES i gave up and posted a card with time name and h/o phone number on it . And then blow me if she reappeared to pick it up off the mat, again i said HELLO and no reply so i gave up ..YOU watch will be put back in diary as ADVISOR NO SHOW or some stupid remark like that.

Kevin, nice to see you are still active on here.

That would be helpful, but why on conversions by HO, do the details vanish. When you enter the 'Fit" screen, the option to 'view order' returns the message 'no data available' or something like that. It the job if within 3 weeks of the quote, you can locate the original order, and get the details there, but outwith that, no details appear at all.

And on SAM changes, is there anything in the planning to enable us to see the 'notes' pages, because manufacturing notes are often ignored, and we have no evidence to show, if this leads to the blind not being manufatured as requested and a DOR has to be raised and they insist it was our fault and chanrge us 20ukp.

Until a quote is archieved, the details are available on the "Order List" screen under "Quotes".
Quotes sent from SAM and subsequently converted by The Quotes Team do not have an associated fit appointment created from SAM to "hang" the order details on.
All notes on orders or quotes sent from SAM are available on the order, or quote screens in SAP.
Anyone can view them to check what (if anything) was added to the item/s or the whole order.
